I need to disagree with Muchas G more often… too bad he just continues to drop goducks knowledge on the daily.

Muchas and Beverage, I just took a look at the all Pac-10 team, and ive got to say, i’m very dissappointed, Jacjizz in front of LaMichael James ? BS man, Civil war just proves it, every beavtrash fan knows LMJ showed up Jacjizz in the war for the roses, and definetly should be on the all pac-10 team with Toby Toby Toby Toby Toby, whatever man, its just a stupid list of players that means nothin, can’t wait for the rosebowl man, anyways loved the podcast, keep em comin, and……

Very entertaining and pretty good assessment. I’m always defending the uni’s but you’re right…that combination against Utah was bad indeed.
Ty, you’re right, that is bull. Sure Quizz has more TDs but the ypc is such a huge gap and really is the stat to go by.

I know I mentioned it on last week’s podcast comments area but my Duck You goes out to all those stupid Beavs that claim that Blount shouldn’t have played and that Kelly put him in just to win. If you would do just a LITTLE research you would come to the conclusion that that is just a bunch of Beaver crap. It seems like a few people bring it up and then everyone jumps blindly on that bandwagon. All it takes is a little thought and research. Is that too much to ask BeavTrash? In case it is, think of this: Blount was reinstated before the Stanford game but didn’t play till the Civil War. Do you think we could have used him in the loss to Standford or the double-overtime win against Arizona? The Arizona game for sure as they had LMJ pretty well contained for the later part of that game. See how easy that was? Let’s try that next time before making yourselves look like idiots.
Nice work by Off The Pond on this stat and analysis piece. The Pac-10 and Ducks really look good now compared to the rest of the nation.

Can’t wait for the pod cast covering OSU. The fans are already touting the defense but fail to mention that the shutouts came against bottom dwellers of the Big 10, MAC, and WAC.

But a big fat wet turd in the christmas stocking of all other Pac-10 coaches who absolutely raped the deserving DUCKS, the outright Pac 10 Champions, of their deserved allotment of recongition. DUCK YOU!!!
The silver lining in all of this is clear: Oregon is apparently much more of a TEAM than other Pac 10 programs… with no superstars, we apparently just dominated with a bunch of no-names. Fine – I will take the best team over the best player any day.
Finally, and I will shamelessly admit that I am stealing this thought from a Duck fan off Rob Mosely’s blog – If Oregon State, USC, Arizona and Cal really had all those First Team all Pac-10 players – that means Mike “stuck in the Vallis for life” Riley, Pete Christmas Carol, Diet Stoops and Jeff your Deadford did LESS with MORE. That’s right – you SUCK. DUCK YOU.

And the BeavTrash are always talking about how the Ducks never live up to the hype or meet expectations. What a disappointment for BeavTrash this really must be! Seven first team players and barely anything to show for it other than mediocrity and a Trash Bowl.

I have a suggestion for you guys: You need to have some way for users to be notified when someone has posted a comment to the site. That way we can keep the conversation fresh and don’t have to check the site all the time to see if someone posted. Will this setup you have let you do that?
Hey N1tr0, thanks for the suggestion. We love this kind of feedback and as a matter of fact I just mentioned this very same idea to Lord Bevy not but last week. It’s in the works as are a few other things. I’ll check into this specifically as soon as I can. I’m planning on kinda revamping the site over the off season too with some new pictures and links and maybe even a new layout.

All PAC-10 was voted on solely based upon reputation. JackJizz over LaMeezy My Jeezy, what the Duck. LaMike’s best games were against the PAC-10’s best teams. JackJizz’s were over the shittest. What a joke.

Would be there for the ROSE BOWL. Had tickets lined up and everything, but my employer (Army) decided to let me work the 1st and every other day before and after the game. Went to the Holiday Bowl last year, drove 7 hours one way and drove back home that night after the game 7 hours. I will be there in spirit and would for sure shotgun a beer with you.

Sam, I’m right there with ya. LMJ is the real deal when it comes to the running back position. The only reason Quizz got the nod was because he basically doubled as a receiver. LMJ runs circles around him at the RB position.
Ahoy mateys. So I was wondering what your Rose Bowl plans are. I think I am going to the game. I am, after all, from Los Angeles. I’d be damned if I’m home for the holidays and miss the biggest Duck party in recent memory. If you guys are there for sure, I think it’s time we down some hooch and embarrass ourselves together. Then we can fight OSU people, slay Duckettes, and celebrate in great victory with plunder and booty.
